performers unstuck and winning! As well as generating better results, our clients report better mental and
emotional health. We help them do this by creating deep level change through self-understanding and acceptance.

Most psychological methods out there are about adding techniques. We help people generate result
and better emotional health by achieving profound change and truly understanding and accepting
themselves on a deep level. It’s harder work, but it creates that levels of performance that is much
harder to beat.
What’s different about using Sweat & Courage Coaching versus a Psychologist?
The bottom line is, we often get calls from organisations that have employed Psychologists to help
their people and it just hasn’t worked. Our extensive experience in high performance settings tells
us that people need deep empathy and identification in order to thrive. Our Coaches are able to
provide that because they have been in the locker rooms and the Offices with everything on the line
that our clients do. We truly understand what it’s like to be “in the arena”. The fears, frustrations
and struggles. And we’re able provide real solutions.
Why do you say winning is easy, surely it’s not?
Winning is hard if we are stuck in fear and doubt. But once we remove the emotional blocks to
performance, and step into authenticity, winning does become easy. But moving through
vulnerability, acceptance and sweat and courage is far from easy. It takes everything. And, yet, our
work has proven time and again that winning follows when our 3 step process is applied.
Do you work with women as well as men?
Yes. As a team, we’ve work with male and female athletes from internation women
Is Sweat & Courage just about working hard and doing your best?
No. Most of us have been told all our lives to work hard. Work ethic is vital but will only take you
so far. Firstly, because without removing the emotional blocks to performance, you will not be able
to sustain maximum effort consistently. And, secondly, you will not be able to take the right actions
without courage. All the hard work in the world will amount to little if we don’t take authentic and
inspired action
